2 Stage ejection using the EBS quick knockout coupler<\/p>\n

Home position (Before part ejection)
\nPress ejectors ara activated, moving the pin plate and the floating stripper as one.
\nThe continuing movement of the press efectors releases the OPC Quick Knockout Couplers at your pre-determined position.
\nWith the release of the OPC unit, the oating stripper plate is allowed to continue with the ejector stroke.
\nThe retuning action of the oating stripper plate re-engages the OPC Quick Knockout Coupler, returning the second stage plat to the home position.

Quick and easy installation.
\nReturn of the ejector plate is assured.
\nPart ejection is assured.
\nCoupling is abstained in any position, disconnecting is made only after the ejector plate is fully returned.
\nFast acting, up to 30 stokes per minute.
\nCan be used on all injection machines equipped with hydraulic or mechanical ejection.
\nSet-up time can be greatly reduced.
\nReduced noise on machines with mechanical knockout.
\nEspecially suited for injection machines that do not have easy access to the ejector plate.
